Job Description
Trainer for SAP S/4HANA focusing on competency development via remote learning. Engaging in classroom delivery and learner support in an innovative learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING, you represent your field with passion and foresight.
- In your role as a trainer, the primary goal is the competency development of course participants.
- In your lesson design you see yourself both as a provider of input and as a support in the role of a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0!
- This includes subject-specific instruction from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Designing and applying a variety of teaching methods for course delivery
- Preparing and conducting assessments to check learning progress
- Participating in quality-assurance measures
- Enthusiasm for innovative concepts in individual, practice-oriented knowledge transfer
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training or a university degree
- Professional and project experience as a consultant
- Experience as a trainer, ideally in publicly funded continuing education and in online teaching
- Current SAP S/4HANA certification
- Proof of pedagogical aptitude, e.g., P2WTTT certificate or AEVO
- Methodological and didactic skill in conveying instructional content
- Independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
