Job Description

Data Analyst at appflame analyzing service data to support product and marketing teams. Focused on data quality, metric consistency, and actionable insights for business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of service analytics and provide ongoing analytical support for product, marketing, and web teams
  • Work with existing data foundations, dashboards, and metrics, improving and scaling them where needed
  • Answer ad-hoc and recurring business questions related to product performance, marketing efficiency, and growth
  • Maintain and develop performance, ROI, and attribution analytics in collaboration with product and growth teams
  • Ensure data quality, metric consistency, and clear documentation for key dashboards and reports
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in a data or product analytics role within a product company
  • Are confident with SQL and use it regularly in real production work
  • Have experience supporting product and/or marketing teams with analytics and insights
  • Understand core product, growth, and marketing metrics and how they are used in decision-making
  • Are comfortable working independently and managing multiple analytical requests in parallel
  • Communicate clearly and pragmatically, focusing on business impact rather than overengineering
  • Have an ownership mindset and take responsibility for outcomes, not just outputs
