Job Description
Delivery Manager leading teams in modernizing .NET Microservices for a top-tier Telco provider. Long-term service focusing on integration of core systems with Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead 10–15 members team in modernizing and expanding a .NET Microservices ecosystem for a top-tier Telco provider.
- This is a long-term managed service focused on updating existing services and integrating new core systems like in e-commerce and billing.
- Lead distributed Agile teams across, ensuring high-velocity delivery of complex microservices and 3rd party integrations.
- Act as the primary bridge between the client’s technical leadership and our engineering hubs.
- Establish Metrics-Driven Management to build transparent and predictable cooperation with stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and understanding and technical implementation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Delivery Management or Senior Scrum roles
- Solid grasp of .NET, Microservices architecture, API Management, and Cloud-native (AWS) environments
- Expert level at using Jira/Azure DevOps data to optimize team performance and justify spend
- Fluent English
- Strong negotiation, expectation management, and conflict resolution skills
- Would be a plus: Telco experience
- Would be a plus: Agile Certifications (PMI-ACP, SAFe)
