Job Description

Nurse Practitioner providing virtual perimenopause, menopause, weight, and sexual-health care for Midi Health. Prescribing HRT and GLP-1 therapies while managing ongoing patient relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry a full virtual patient panel
  • Manage perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep
  • Prescribe and independently manage HRT, including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone
  • Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management, including GLP-1 therapies
  • Make autonomous clinical decisions
  • Provide ongoing, relationship-based care over months and years
  • Complete documentation and follow-through
  • Meet productivity benchmarks
  • Run efficient visits while maintaining patient warmth
  • Collaborate across EHR, video, AI scribe, Slack, and clinical decision-support platforms
  • Provide occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage as needed

Requirements:

  • Must hold multiple state Nurse Practitioner licenses
  • Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
  • 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
  • 3+ years independently prescribing and titating HRT
  • 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel and making autonomous clinical decisions
  • 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
  • 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
  • Multiple active state licenses
  • DEA preferred
  • Certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine preferred
  • Reliable high-speed internet access
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs
