Job Description
Offshore Cybersecurity Coordinator managing IT security operations for top talent recruitment firm. Involving incident response, security governance, and user training through remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and manage SentinelOne agents on Windows and macOS endpoints.
- Investigate security alerts, isolate compromised devices, and support remediation.
- Administer Google Workspace security: MFA, password policies, SSO, and context-aware access.
- Maintain Gmail protections, anti-phishing, malware scanning, attachment sandboxing, impersonation detection, and DLP rules.
- Manage third-party backup tools and perform restore tests.
- Operate security awareness platforms, run phishing simulations, and monitor user participation.
- Coordinate with vendors, manage updates, and maintain documentation.
- Produce reports on incidents, risks, system health, and user behaviour.
- Support audits and recommend security improvements.
- Provide client engagement and internal support as needed.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years’ experience in IT security, systems administration, or Google Workspace administration.
- Experience with endpoint protection solutions such as SentinelOne.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace security, identity governance, and SSO.
- Experience managing phishing simulation and security awareness platforms.
- Proficiency in monitoring dashboards and reporting security incidents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently offshore with minimal supervision.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
