Job Description
Patient Access Representative providing remote phone-based registration and insurance verification. Supporting healthcare Revenue Management operations for Idaho and Oregon.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-focused customer service
- Support the Revenue Management team for Idaho and Oregon
- Perform outpatient and inpatient registration
- Verify insurance
- Initiate authorisations
Requirements:
- Hospital registration or insurance verification experience is ideal
- Knowledge of medical terminology
