Job Description
Client Advisor assisting customers with home and auto insurance needs while working remotely. Engaging clients, managing renewals, and collaborating with the customer service team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs
- Answer coverage questions, provide tailored advice, and process policy changes
- Proactively contact clients regarding policy renewals
- Communicate effectively with clients by phone, email, and SMS
- Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Keep accurate notes of client interactions
- Work closely with the customer service team
- Contribute to strategies that increase client retention and overall satisfaction
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Progress into a senior role within our insurance team or a team lead position after your first two years with us
Requirements:
- Valid AMF license
- At least 2 years of experience as a broker or agent
- At least 5 years of relevant customer service experience
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Quick learner with an interest in technology
