Job Description
Sales Supervisor overseeing multi-channel Property and Casualty insurance sales team. Responsible for training, managing performance, and ensuring sales goals are met in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a multi-channel Property and Casualty sales staff
- Training and developing the sales team
- Monitor and report activity and production output
- Collaborate with IT and other department managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
- 3+ years of related professional liability and/or life and health insurance experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Property and Casualty insurance license in good standing
