Job Description
Power BI Developer designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions. Transforming data into insights to improve business performance and decision-making across various sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to support business decision-making.
- Build sales, operational, financial, and location-level performance reporting using Oracle and other data sources.
- Design and maintain data models, DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and reporting structures.
- Connect and integrate data from multiple sources, including Oracle, APIs, spreadsheets, and business systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver practical business intelligence solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy by validating reporting outputs, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining documentation.
- Improve reporting automation, KPI visibility, and business insights while reducing reliance on manual reporting processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Power BI development, business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics roles.
- Advanced Power BI skills, including Power Query, DAX, data modelling, dashboard design, and reporting optimisation.
- Strong SQL expertise and experience working with enterprise data sources, databases, and business systems; Oracle experience is highly regarded.
- Experience integrating data from multiple sources, including APIs, spreadsheets, ERP systems, and business applications.
- Strong understanding of KPI reporting, sales and operational analytics, executive reporting, and commercial performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver scalable reporting solutions in a fast-paced business environment.
