Job Description

Process Implementation Consultant for large-scale internal platform programme in major energy group. Translating process requirements into Atlassian tooling and fostering team collaboration for consistency.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing and planned processes together with process owners, functional leads and implementation teams
  • Translate process requirements into Jira, Confluence and JSM configurations, including issue types, fields, statuses, transitions, permissions, automations and dashboards
  • Develop and continuously improve workflow concepts
  • Document implemented workflows, configuration decisions and usage guidance
  • Identify gaps between current process execution and tool usage and propose pragmatic improvements
  • Design and implement templates, boards, spaces and onboarding flows within the Atlassian suite

Requirements:

  • Proven experience translating business and process requirements into Atlassian-based workflows and configurations (Jira, Confluence, JSM)
  • Strong understanding of Jira workflow design: issue types, fields, transitions, permissions, boards, dashboards and automations
  • Experience analyzing process landscapes and deriving tool-based solutions
  • Solid understanding of product delivery methods (Scrum, SAFe, multi-release management or platform engineering)
  • Experience defining and maintaining dashboards, filters and reporting structures
  • Ability to produce clear documentation, templates and training materials
  • Fluent English, spoken and written (minimum C1)
