Job Description
Process Mining Consultant supporting automotive clients with process mining implementations. Preparing data, building analytics, and identifying process optimization opportunities using Celonis and SAP Signavio.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and configuration of process mining solutions
- Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Translate business requirements into process analyses and actionable insights
- Contribute to data preparation and modeling, depending on the assigned project
- Develop process views, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decisions
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to validate findings and recommend process improvements
Requirements:
- Practical experience in process analytics, process optimization, or process mining implementations
- Experience with Celonis, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, or Multi-Process Mining (MPM) would be highly beneficial; experience with all three is not required
- Ability to interpret process data and translate findings into practical recommendations
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
- English communication skills suitable for an international project environment
