Job Description
Product Growth Specialist driving Product Go-to-Market initiatives in Data Engineering. Collaborating across teams to activate critical GTM strategies and enhance product adoption.
Responsibilities:
- The Product Growth Specialist (PGS) will drive the theater-wide activation of Product Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, specifically focused on Data Engineering.
- The PGS will act as a critical cross-functional interlock, designed to plug product-strategy gaps and accelerate GTM program execution.
- They will ensure faster execution of GTM programs and sales plays.
- Build a tight interlock between product teams and field execution, acting as the "Voice of the Field".
- Continuously scan customer, market, and pipeline trends to propose new programmatic initiatives for Product Strategy teams.
- Provide critical support for high-value deals by ensuring optimal cross-functional orchestration.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in tech go-to-market, with expertise in sales and operations
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in fast-paced environments where Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies are applied.
- Ability to create design specs for dashboards to look into the book business that can be used by all stakeholders. Proficiency in SQL is frequently essential for querying databases directly.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related analytical field; MBA or a Master’s in Data Analytics preferred for senior-level or strategic positions.
