Job Description
Product Manager enhancing insurance industry's AI-driven Data Platform. Collaborating with teams to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions for Risk Exchange efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the Accelerant Data Platform by gathering stakeholder requirements.
- Identify opportunities to deliver value through data-driven solutions enabling Risk Exchange efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and own roadmap for data ingestion and consumption with Outcome and Key Results (OKRs).
- Communicate strategy and platform outcomes to various levels within the company.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience as a Product Manager delivering commercial products.
- Background in data-rich product domains and how ML & AI can maximize data value.
- Experience with AI-native productivity and creation tools (e.g. Replit).
- Comfort in interpreting and understanding business requirements while collaborating with technical teams.
- Experience in Financial Services and/or Insurance market, particularly with insurer/carrier data delivery.
- Experience managing geographically distributed engineering teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
