Job Description
Remote Production Manager overseeing roofing production system post-job sale. Managing scheduling, crew coordination, material readiness, and documentation enforcement.
Responsibilities:
- Control roofing production system after job sales
- Own scheduling, crew coordination, and material readiness
- Enforce documentation and production KPI reporting
- Maintain a live 2-week rolling install schedule
- Adjust schedules for weather and labor availability
- Verify job file readiness before scheduling
- Coordinate staging of bulk materials
- Enforce photo documentation compliance
- Provide clients with real-time project tracking
- Document and coordinate change orders
- Submit weekly production scorecards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management or similar role.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and channels.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Excellent written communication
- High comfort with software systems
- Ability to manage multiple crews remotely
- Roofing or construction production experience preferred
- Spanish/English bilingual communication preferred
