Job Description
Project Architect for significant education project in Canberra, delivering comprehensive architectural services. Leading client interaction and ensuring successful project outcomes in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Be the primary client contact in Canberra throughout project delivery.
- Lead the project through construction and contract administration.
- Coordinate consultants and contractors to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Resolve technical and site-related challenges with confidence.
- Work closely with our Sydney team to ensure consistent communication, quality and delivery.
- Help deliver a high-quality education project that will have a lasting impact on the community.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex architectural projects through construction.
- Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Excellent technical knowledge and coordination experience.
- Confidence leading project delivery and making informed decisions on site.
- Experience using Revit and delivering high-quality documentation.
- Registration as an Architect in Australia (or eligibility to become registered).
- Experience on education or public sector projects is desirable but not essential.
