Job Description
Courtier en assurance de dommages des particuliers aidant les clients avec leur assurance habitation et automobile. Offrant un service exceptionnel et conseils personnalisés en télétravail.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs
- Answer coverage questions, provide personalized advice, and process policy sales or changes
- Proactively contact clients to ensure their policy meets their needs
- Communicate effectively by phone, email, and SMS to build trust
- Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Keep accurate notes of client interactions and log follow‑up activities in our CRM
- Work closely with the customer service and sales teams
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Progress toward a senior or team lead position after your first 2 years
Requirements:
- You hold a valid AMF license (Autorité des marchés financiers)
- At least 2 years of experience as a broker or agent
- At least 5 years of relevant customer service experience
- Proactive with strong problem‑solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Quick learner with an interest in technology
