Job Description
Customer service position for an insurance broker assisting clients with their home and auto insurance needs. Full-time remote work available from anywhere in Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs
- Answer coverage questions, provide personalized advice, and make policy changes
- Proactively contact clients regarding policy renewals
- Communicate effectively with clients by phone, email, and SMS
- Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and log follow-up activities in our CRM
- Work closely with the customer service team
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities
- Progress to a senior role within our insurance team or a team lead position after your first two years
Requirements:
- Valid AMF license
- At least 2 years of experience as a broker or agent
- At least 5 years of relevant customer service experience
- Proactive approach
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English
- Quick learner with an interest in technology
