Job Description

PMHNP providing remote holistic psychiatric care for women across perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal stages. Conducting evaluations and follow-ups through Seven Starling’s virtual behavioral health model.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model
  • Practice within a care model prioritizing clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist
  • Conduct 60-minute intakes and 20–30-minute follow-ups, using clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length
  • Adapt and grow within an early-stage startup environment
  • Contribute to evolving workflows and best practices
  • Provide approximately 5–10+ hours per week of patient-facing appointment time

Requirements:

  • Active Board Certified TX (Texas) PMHNP license in good standing
  • Priority given to candidates holding at least 3 additional state licenses in open or coming-soon markets
  • RN Compact licensure preferred
  • No DEA required because controlled substances are not prescribed
  • Minimum one year of experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population
  • At least 6 months of telehealth experience
  • Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and psychiatric care considerations during perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal periods
  • Evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans and guide clinical care
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Adaptability and motivation to grow within an early-stage startup
  • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Google Suite
  • Eagerness to learn new programs efficiently
