Job Description

QA Engineer Intern testing new features of Fuser, an AI-native creative platform. Collaborating with engineers to ensure smooth user experiences across various scenarios.

Responsibilities:

  • Test new features and AI integrations across different browsers, devices, and user scenarios
  • Write clear, detailed bug reports with reproduction steps and supporting evidence
  • Communicate with users about technical issues
  • Develop and maintain test cases for critical user workflows and features
  • Write technical documentation for new features
  • Explore edge cases and think creatively about how users might break things
  • Collaborate with engineers to verify bug fixes and feature implementations
  • Help improve our testing processes and documentation

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and curiosity about how things work
  • Clear written communication skills for documenting bugs and test cases
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (Javascript, HTML, CSS)
  • Systematic approach to testing and problem-solving
  • Ability to think from a user's perspective and anticipate issues
  • Enthusiasm for learning and asking questions
  • Familiarity with browser developer tools and debugging (Bonus)
  • Experience with creative software (design tools, video editors, DAWs, 3D software) (Bonus)
  • Interest in AI/ML technologies and their applications (Bonus)
  • Coursework or projects involving software testing or QA (Bonus)
  • Experience with bug tracking tools (Linear, Jira, GitHub Issues) (Bonus)
  • Background in design, film, music, or other creative fields (Bonus)
