Job Description
QA Lead managing quality assurance strategy and execution to enhance product success at a financial data company. Collaborating with teams to implement testing methodologies and drive innovation in projects.
Responsibilities:
- Leading QA strategy and execution across projects, ensuring alignment with business and architectural goals.
- Defining and evolving test automation frameworks and CI/CD quality gates to promote shift-left testing.
- Mentoring QA engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Standardising tools, environments, and best practices across teams to ensure consistency and automation maturity.
- Driving the adoption of modern testing methodologies to improve speed, effectiveness, and maintainability.
- Collaborating with infrastructure and security teams to define and enforce performance and security testing standards.
Requirements:
- You must have at least 7 years of experience in software testing, including leading QA strategy across teams.
- You will have proven expertise in automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and shift-left testing.
- You should have strong knowledge of API testing strategies, tools, and contract-first approaches.
- You will bring experience in performance testing, including bottleneck analysis and collaboration with infrastructure teams.
- You must be proficient in Core Java, C#, JavaScript, and SQL
