Job Description

QA Lead responsible for managing testing of user experience in data & analytics with a focus on Adobe tools. Working remotely while collaborating with engineering teams on data quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage testing of the user experience including: Validate data collection and ingestion across Adobe Data Collection, AEP, and RTCDP (schema conformance, field population, latency)
  • QA identity stitching, profile qualification, and audience/segment membership to ensure users qualify and activate as expected
  • Verify audience activation to destinations (Target, Marketo, etc.), including counts, refresh cadence, and suppression logic
  • Reconcile and validate reporting and analytics outputs (e.g., CJA, dashboards) against source data and expected business rules
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and document data quality issues, working with engineering and platform teams to resolve root causes
  • Write test cases based on functional requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience testing in a MarTech stack involving the following tools: Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Jira
  • High level of critical thinking; “thinks beyond the work order” and raises questions when something is missing or looks off.
  • Able to work 40 hours for first 4 weeks; 50% thereafter.
  • self-directed, able to manage their own work/time.
  • Able to work remotely preferably within the US overlapping with CST time zone.
  • Can speak to clients as part of a team to discuss issues.
