Job Description
QA Lead responsible for building automated testing systems for web applications. Collaborate with teams to maintain quality standards and mentor QA team members.
Responsibilities:
- Build an automated testing system for web applications used in Creatio-based products (CI/CD, environments, automation strategy).
- Define and maintain quality standards, testing methodologies, and coverage approaches.
- Develop and maintain UI and API automated tests using modern tools (Playwright or similar frameworks).
- Define the testing strategy for new products and major changes (test strategy, test approach).
- Manage the full testing lifecycle: planning, requirements analysis, risk assessment, and preparation of test data.
- Prepare and control the quality of test documentation: Test Plans, Test Cases, Bug Reports.
- Continuously improve testing processes and increase the level of automation.
- Collaborate with architects, team leads, and development teams to ensure optimal quality solutions.
- Mentor QA team members and participate in QA hiring.
Requirements:
- Experience in QA, including 1+ years as a QA Lead or Senior QA.
- Experience building automated testing systems: tool selection, framework architecture, CI/CD integration.
- Strong knowledge of web application testing methodologies.
- Solid experience in UI and API testing.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks: Playwright (preferred), or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of web technologies: HTTP, REST, cookies, sessions.
- Knowledge of working with databases.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable automated tests and design a stable automation framework structure.
- Experience with CI/CD (Bitbucket Pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions — any).
- Experience preparing Test Plans, Test Strategy, Test Reports.
- Ability to work with requirements, analyze risks, and define quality criteria.
- English — Intermediate+ for working with documentation and external teams.
