Job Description
QA Lead overseeing quality assurance efforts across web, mobile, and backend systems. Building QA foundations in a fast-moving logistics technology startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead Muvr’s QA strategy, processes, and best practices
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation
- Drive manual and automated testing across web, mobile, APIs, and backend services
- Own QA sign-off and quality gates for product releases
- Track, triage, and prioritize defects in collaboration with Engineering and Product
- Build and expand test automation to improve coverage and release confidence
- Mentor and guide QA engineers; support team growth and performance
- Establish and monitor quality metrics to continuously improve product quality
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing
- 1–2+ years of experience in a QA Lead, Senior QA, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum processes
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- Experience testing web and/or mobile applications and APIs
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in deployment workflows
- Background in logistics, marketplaces, or on-demand platforms
- Performance, load, or security testing experience
- Startup or high-growth company experience
