Job Description
Quality Assurance role at SitusAMC ensuring technology product quality. Responsibilities include testing, defect tracking, and collaborating with development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform thorough testing of software applications
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and recommend corrective actions
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and testing considerations
- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes and tools
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience
- 4+ years of experience in quality assurance for technology products
- Proven experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Extensive experience working in Agile environments
