Job Description

Quality Engineer III delivering high-quality technology solutions in healthcare. Collaborating with teams to implement robust quality systems and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality technology products and services
  • Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and high customer satisfaction
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively
  • Implement robust quality systems and foster continuous improvement
  • Create scalable and maintainable test frameworks
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports
  • Maintain records for compliance and continuous improvement
  • Develop test plans, scenarios, and cases
  • Participate in planning and refinement meetings
  • Mentor junior engineers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 5 plus years in software quality assurance with a focus on automation testing
  • Strong programming skills in C#
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative teamwork ability
  • Knowledge of test management and manual/automated testing tools
  • 8+ years of working test automation experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with Playwright or similar
  • Knowledge/experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans
  • Understanding of general testing techniques such as functional, integration performance, and regression testing
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
