Job Description
Retention Specialist responsible for reducing cancellations and improving customer satisfaction in remote call center. Engaging with clients through various communication channels to enhance retention efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve cancellation requests with tailored solutions
- Assist clients based on needs
- Manage scheduling and case tracking
Requirements:
- Experience in retention, customer service, or call center roles
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to de-escalate and retain dissatisfied customers
- Comfortable handling high call volume
- Reliable internet and distraction-free workspace
