Job Description
Représentant bilingue développant les ventes de produits industriels de Motion Industries. Appels sortants, gestion CRM et accompagnement des clients en commerce électronique.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Motion Industries to customers and provide the products or services they need
- Proactively make outbound calls to an existing customer base across multiple branches to drive sales opportunities
- Collaborate with decision-makers to increase business volume by identifying sales, quoting, and conversion opportunities
- Work with customer service representatives on order entry, follow-up, and technical needs
- Collaborate with branch and division teams to meet customer needs
- Update the CRM to track accounts and active quoting opportunities
- Present e-commerce capabilities to assigned accounts, train customers, and provide the necessary support
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and two (2) or more years of sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong sales experience making proactive outbound calls
- Ability to understand customer challenges and product requirements
- Ability to identify upselling opportunities
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with field sales teams
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Experience using sales tools such as CRM systems, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while achieving sales growth targets
- Ability to prepare reports, influence others, and maintain positive working relationships
- English-language proficiency required
