Job Description
Sales Development Representative driving outbound prospecting for AI-driven no-code automation platform. Engaging decision-makers and booking qualified meetings with target companies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach
- Research and identify target accounts within the defined ICP
- Engage C-level executives and decision-makers with personalized messaging
- Present and explain the value of our no-code automation platform
- Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in the CRM
- Continuously refine outreach strategies, messaging, and targeting
- Hit weekly/monthly activity and meeting-booking targets
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of hands-on SDR/BDR experience in outbound B2B SaaS/tech (must-have)
- Proven experience prospecting and selling to US-based companies (must-have)
- Strong track record of booking meetings and consistently building a pipeline
- Confidence in communicating with C-level executives
- Ability to quickly understand business processes and adapt messaging to different industries and use cases
- Experience with multi-channel outbound (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with lead generation tools — ZoomInfo, Apollo (strong plus)
- CRM experience (Monday.com preferred)
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Structured, organized, and able to work independently
