Job Description

Sales Development Representative generating qualified appointments for RRD’s global marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions. Managing prospect pipelines and transitioning leads to sales executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with prospective new clients using proven prospecting techniques
  • Generate interest in discovery meetings with established RRD Sales Executives
  • Identify multiple contact points within target lists
  • Position RRD products and services to prospective clients
  • Research prospects and their business objectives to tailor RRD's value proposition
  • Generate a high-value sales pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop target prospect lists
  • Develop and manage a prospect pipeline while providing a top-class customer experience
  • Transition leads to the sales team after the first discovery meeting
  • Use Salesforce for all lead-generation activities
  • Meet with Sales Leaders to evaluate strategy

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of sales and telemarketing experience with an emphasis on cold calling
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other sales technology tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in prospecting techniques and lead-generation strategies
  • Experience using email, phone, and social media for outreach
  • Strong research skills for identifying potential clients and understanding their business needs
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and evolving sales strategies
  • Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach
  • Employment contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background and drug screen
