Job Description

Sales Leader developing and executing commercial strategies for Northern Europe at GE Vernova. Managing customer relationships and leading regional sales team for revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing the commercial strategy for the Region including customer strategy
  • Design and execute commercial turnaround of Germany region
  • Develop new customer engagement plans
  • Provide country leadership cross-functionally in Germany
  • Provide strong analytical skills to match customer problem statement with internal solution
  • Inspire, motivate, and direct a high-performing regional sales team

Requirements:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to secure annual orders
  • Manage customer relationships locally, up to C-suite level
  • Responsible for pricing and overall deal strategy
  • Represent the sales region within GE Vernova´s commercial organization
  • Acting as the team´s customer escalation point for customer issues
  • Lead the strategy for advocacy and associations representing GEV externally
