Job Description

Sales Manager overseeing activities to drive profitability and growth for a medical supply company. Leading a sales team with a focus on strategy and customer base expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the development and performance of all sales activities in the division
  • Staff and direct a sales team
  • Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base
  • Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market
  • Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications
  • Maintain records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses
  • Assist Account Representatives in preparation of proposals
  • Conduct one-on-one reviews with Account Representatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 7 years of experience managing people in a sales management role
  • Willing to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
