Job Description
Mass Spec Product Specialist driving sales growth through Agilent Mass Spectrometry systems. Engage and expand customer base with innovative strategies in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the adoption of Agilent Mass Spectrometry systems and workflows
- Manage assigned accounts and regions while identifying strategic partners
- Represent Agilent at local technical shows and industry conferences
- Maintain deep knowledge of Agilent's product portfolio
- Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships
- Deliver seminars to educate and attract new customers
- Provide market and product feedback to R&D for improvement
Requirements:
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
- Industry and/or academic experience with LCMS and/or GCMS
- 4+ years of experience in application support
- 4+ years of sales experience in the life science industry
- Strong teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of strategic selling principles
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical workflows
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and means of personal transportation
