Job Description
Salesforce consultant enhancing IBP's Salesforce integration and workflows for contract and payment management, seeking experienced individuals for a 12-month project.
Responsibilities:
- Configure the integration between Salesforce and the DocuSign eSignature package
- Debug processes in the Salesforce and FormAssembly integration
- Update document templates for Conga Composer document creation and integration
- Build workflows including: scheduled reminder emails to IBP staff, confirmation emails to partners, approval workflows for partner reports
- Review and improve IBP’s use of the Salesforce Lightning platform
- Implement configuration changes, support data cleanup, troubleshoot bugs, and provide user training
Requirements:
- Salesforce configuration experience, including working with Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP
- Prior experience supporting nonprofit organizations
- Familiarity with common nonprofit integrations (e.g., DocuSign, FormAssembly)
- Experience with system configuration, external integration, and Salesforce workflows
- Proficiency in English
