Job Description
SAP Functional Expert implementing MS Fabric reporting on S/4HANA for HELPLINE, an IT support and digital services company. Translating business requirements into integration and data-modeling specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Join the project team and work for a customer in an international context
- Support implementation of MS Fabric Reporting based mainly on an S/4HANA Greenfield environment
- Gather, analyze, and document functional specifications from business-user workshop inputs
- Focus on S/4HANA, SAP BW, and satellite systems of S/4
- Collaborate with business teams including S2P, L2C, P2P, and Sustainability to define reporting requirements
- Facilitate and lead functional workshops with business teams
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for MS Fabric data integration and data modeling
- Collaborate with technical teams to align functional and technical designs
- Provide documentation according to project standards and best practices
- Link business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP functional processes and integration projects
- Waterfall methodology experience
- Fluent English
- Proven experience as an SAP Functional Expert on different modules, preferably in similar integration and data projects
- Strong understanding of business processes across SAP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, etc.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and coordinate efforts across multiple business units
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Analytical mindset, strictness, proactive approach, and autonomy
- Knowledge in datamodeling (MS Fabric or BI reporting tools) is a plus
