Job Description
Resolve SAP SD issues and manage client communications remotely for Mollica IT. Involves participation in trainings and following through maintenance requests for the retail sector.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve maintenance tickets (errors and enhancements) in SAP SD Retail;
- Manage communication with clients on tickets, describing solutions and/or requesting additional information about issues;
- Ensure compliance with ticket SLAs;
- Handle SAP SD tickets involving different interfaces;
- Participate in training on the company's platforms, including tools and technologies (various, not limited to SAP);
- Other routine activities of the area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with SAP SD;
- Experience with SAP interfaces (various integrations);
- Knowledge of Brazil Localization and Retail;
- Good communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal (soft) skills;
- Bachelor's degree;
- Knowledge of IDocs (advantage);
- Language: Advanced English for conversation (there will be an interview in this language);
