Job Description
SAP Integration Consultant implementing integration solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform with a focus on collaborative projects and technical development.
Responsibilities:
- You implement and configure integration scenarios with the SAP Integration Suite, especially using iFlows (Cloud Integration)
- You work on connecting and integrating SAP and non‑SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP IS‑U / Utilities, third‑party systems)
- You analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into viable integration concepts
- You take on implementation, testing as well as troubleshooting and error resolution in integration landscapes
- You support the further development of integration architectures on the SAP BTP
- You document solutions, processes and technical concepts in a structured and comprehensible manner
- You work closely with experienced consultants, developers and architects and benefit from professional exchange
- You participate in trainings, certifications and internal knowledge‑sharing formats
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business or comparable practical experience
- A few years of initial professional experience (e.g., 2–4 years) in an SAP or integration environment
- Practical experience with the SAP Integration Suite, especially Cloud Integration / iFlows
- Solid understanding of integration principles (e.g., interfaces, formats, mapping, monitoring, error handling and Event Mesh)
- Knowledge in areas such as REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, OData, HTTP, Groovy scripting and ideally Java
- Initial experience with SAP BTP or strong motivation to specialize in this area
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
