Job Description
SDR responsible for qualifying sales opportunities through research and active prospecting. Using AI tools for productivity in a fully remote technology company in Brazil.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect companies that match Igma's customer profile.
- Research accounts, identify opportunities, and map key decision-makers.
- Execute prospecting cadences using multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, and others).
- Qualify leads according to the criteria defined by the sales operation.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the team responsible for closing.
- Keep the CRM up to date and ensure the quality of recorded information.
- Use Artificial Intelligence to increase productivity and the quality of outreach.
- Monitor commercial operation metrics and contribute to the continuous improvement of the process.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in SDR, pre-sales, Inside Sales, or B2B prospecting (or early-career profile with high potential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research skills for account and market investigation.
- Well-organized to execute sales cadences and maintain an up-to-date CRM.
- Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot or similar).
- Practical experience using Artificial Intelligence tools in daily work.
