Job Description
Senior AI/ML/Data Engineer building ML, NLP, LLM, and RAG solutions for QAVION’s consulting and technology boutique. Developing semantic search, GenAI services, and scalable data pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Design, development, and optimization of machine learning and deep learning models
- Design, implementation, and optimization of NLP solutions, LLMs, and RAG architectures
- Building retrieval and knowledge layers for semantic search using embeddings and vector or graph databases
- Building, deploying, and operating ML and GenAI services
- Building and operating scalable data pipelines
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of professional experience as an AI/ML/Data Engineer
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience with programming languages such as Python
- Strong expertise in developing and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models using TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Extensive experience in NLP as well as LLM and RAG architectures
- Professional experience building retrieval and knowledge layers for semantic search using embeddings and vector or graph databases
- Very good knowledge of building and operating scalable data pipelines with Apache Spark or SQL and ETL tools
Benefits:
- Base salary starting at €80,000, with profit-sharing of up to €70,000
