Job Description

Senior AI/ML Engineer building production-grade AI systems for EcoVadis, a business sustainability ratings provider. Designing MLOps pipelines and cloud solutions with Python, Azure, MLflow, and Databricks.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data to solve business problems across various EcoVadis business units
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML systems
  • Design AI/ML pipelines using MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps best practices
  • Build AI/ML engineering infrastructure and systems to orchestrate batch and real-time pipelines
  • Run large-scale experiments and tests to ensure ML and data pipeline quality and efficiency
  • Partner with scientists and engineers to make AI/ML models accessible to end-users and downstream processes
  • Use Python, MLflow, Azure technologies, and Databricks to deliver end-to-end solutions

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Industry experience designing and implementing production-grade AI/ML systems integrated into business applications
  • Experience with model monitoring at scale
  • Strong programming skills in Python and related ML libraries
  • Strong experience with AI/ML lifecycle principles and MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps tooling
  • Experience with MLflow, LangChain, VectorDBs, and evaluation frameworks
  • Experience with cloud technology, preferably Azure and its ecosystem, including Azure Foundry, Azure Bicep, AzureML, and Azure Cloud Storage
  • Experience with Databricks
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operations
  • Experience with REST APIs for ML model serving
  • Experience with Docker and container orchestration
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally on AI/ML products and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Candidates must be eligible to work and live in Poland
  • CV must be submitted in English
  • Contribution to open-source libraries is a plus
