Job Description
Sr HR Analyst overseeing Workday Security and Core HCM design in complex global environment. Collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders for optimal system performance.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday Security and Core HCM
- Partner closely with HR and IT stakeholders
- Manage core HCM setup configuration
- Provide technical leadership by evaluating design options and proposing alternatives
- Review and assess proposed changes to ensure alignment with security architecture and audit requirements
- Contribute to ongoing system maintenance and business continuity
Requirements:
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday Security and Core HCM in an enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of Workday security architecture and governance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive delivery across cross‑functional teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills
