Job Description
Technical support engineer providing email and telephone assistance to global customers with fault-finding. Collaborating with teams to manage incidents and coordinate hardware replacements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via email/telephone to global customers
- Assist customers with fault-finding and issue resolution
- Log and manage incidents, collaborate with teams and vendors
- Coordinate hardware replacements for failed devices
Requirements:
- Degree or similar qualification in Computer Science, Network Engineering or Security
- Other industry certifications such as Cisco/Juniper are acceptable
- Passion for networking, security, Linux and technical matters
- Empathetic and analytical skills with attention to detail
