Job Description

Technical support engineer providing email and telephone assistance to global customers with fault-finding. Collaborating with teams to manage incidents and coordinate hardware replacements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via email/telephone to global customers
  • Assist customers with fault-finding and issue resolution
  • Log and manage incidents, collaborate with teams and vendors
  • Coordinate hardware replacements for failed devices

Requirements:

  • Degree or similar qualification in Computer Science, Network Engineering or Security
  • Other industry certifications such as Cisco/Juniper are acceptable
  • Passion for networking, security, Linux and technical matters
  • Empathetic and analytical skills with attention to detail
