Job Description
Analista sênior desenvolvendo soluções com LLMs, IA generativa e APIs para o setor de saúde. Transformando protótipos em aplicações robustas com engenharia de software e MLOps no Grupo Fácil.
Responsibilities:
- Research, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge AI APIs and tools, including LLMs, Generative AI, and computer vision
- Explore and apply prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and model fine-tuning
- Develop functional prototypes to validate hypotheses using external tools or custom components
- Lead the technical analysis of AI solutions from partners and vendors
- Transform prototypes into robust, scalable, and secure solutions when the decision is to build in-house
- Apply software engineering and MLOps best practices
- Partner with the Cell Lead during discovery cycles, assessing technical feasibility
- Develop and maintain systems and APIs
- Integrate systems with partners and support continuous improvements to applications for the healthcare sector
Requirements:
- Experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on the practical application of AI
- Experience applying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to solve business problems
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with the modern AI ecosystem, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic APIs
- Hands-on experience integrating systems via APIs (REST, GraphQL)
- Ability to navigate different technologies and platforms independently, learn quickly, and choose the right tool for the job
- Experience with COGFY, n8n, and similar tools
- Experience deploying traditional ML models in production environments
- Knowledge of automation platforms (RPA) or AI Low-Code/No-Code platforms
- Familiarity with MLOps practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.)
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or technology degree
