Job Description
Strategy & Ops Senior Associate role at Clipboard addressing various operational challenges. Engaging in innovative projects like predictive analytics and payment process redesign.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Billing Account Managers
- Build an internal predictive analytics model and corresponding underwriting process
- Research, vet, and onboard a new vendor that embeds AI agents into collections efforts
- Redesign payment processes for converting workplaces to new methods of payment
- Optimize collections to maximize profitability and minimize losses while preserving customer experience
Requirements:
- Must be based in North America, South America, or Europe.
- Must have a minimum of 20 Mbps wired internet connection.
- Must have a reliable laptop/desktop (no Chromebooks or Linux OS).
- Must have a wired headset for clear communication.
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Must have stable power and internet connectivity.
