Job Description
Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Weave, focusing on sales analytics in a remote work environment from Mexico. You will partner with internal teams to drive insights for product integrations and upselling initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead analytics initiatives across Upsell channel.
- Serve as an analytical thought partner to PMS integration.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards.
- Analyze E2E performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with immediate team and key business stakeholders.
- Help maintain and scale analytics data foundation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Strong, independent SQL skills and experience building clear dashboards using data visualization tools (such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce data structures.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day work independently, navigate ambiguous datasets, and balance competing stakeholder requests from different departments.
- Experience building positive relationships within your team and department.
- Ability to clearly and openly communicate data findings in writing and speech.
