Job Description
Senior consultant delivering client and internal training for Opus 2’s legal software platform. Driving adoption, client success, and expertise in legal workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Lead training sessions on the Opus 2 software ensuring participants can make full use of the solution.
- Support, and eventually lead, training workshops including custom / ad-hoc training to end-clients.
- Create and adapt training content / materials required to deliver and support all educational activities.
- Organise and plan training sessions with clients to ensure their core needs are covered.
- Maintain records of client training, including attendance and session duration.
- Ensure client success and provide post-training support to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Record and review customer feedback from training, pass it to internal stakeholders, and communicate comments or resolutions back to clients.
- Deliver training to internal teams on new solution areas, product enhancements, and new features.
- Become a trusted advisor to clients and an advocate for Opus 2 and its software.
- Become a domain expert in solution areas, understand the competitive landscape, and articulate the benefits of the Opus 2 platform.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a software training role.
- Previous work experience within LegalTech or a law firm is advantageous.
- Bright, engaging and thinks on their feet.
- Professional, courteous and confident communicator.
- Proactive and flexible attitude to work in a fast-paced software company.
- Extremely well organised.
- Ability to work on their own initiative.
- A good understanding of computer hardware and software.
