Job Description
Data Engineer building data infrastructure for Bizee, designing data pipelines and ensuring data quality across the organization. Collaborating with Finance, Product, and AI teams in a hands-on role.
Responsibilities:
- Build the data infrastructure that powers Bizee
- Design and implement data pipelines, build the Master Data Repository (MDR)
- Integrate with NetSuite and other business systems
- Ensure data quality across the organization
- Write code every day. You will own pipelines end-to-end
- Report to the Technical Lead, Data Platform and work closely with Finance, Product, and AI teams
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years building data pipelines in production. You have owned pipelines end-to-end.
- SQL Mastery: You think in SQL. Complex joins, window functions, and query optimization are second nature.
- Python Proficiency: You write clean, maintainable Python for data pipelines, transformations, and tooling.
- Modern Data Stack: Experience with tools like dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, BigQuery, Fivetran, or similar. You know the ecosystem.
- ERP/Business Systems: Experience integrating with NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar business systems is a strong plus.
- AI Tool Adoption: You use (or are eager to use) AI coding tools like Claude Code to accelerate your work.
- Data Quality Mindset: You care about data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. You build monitoring before someone asks.
