Job Description
Engenheiro de Dados Sênior projetando arquiteturas, modelos e pipelines analíticos para a consultoria de dados Rox Partner. Atuação com Azure, Databricks, Data Lake e Power BI.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business teams to understand their needs and translate requirements into scalable data solutions aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead requirements-gathering efforts and map business processes and data flows across systems
- Define and validate business rules, metrics, KPIs, and corporate performance indicators
- Design and evolve data models for Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Lakehouse environments
- Define dimensional modeling strategies, including facts, dimensions, granularity, and relationships
- Develop data architectures using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, and Power BI
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability throughout data pipelines
- Define standards for data ingestion, transformation, quality, and delivery across the Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers
- Serve as a technical reference for Data Engineering, BI, and Analytics teams
- Support solution implementation, ensuring alignment with architectural and business definitions
- Produce documentation for data models, business rules, and corporate performance indicators
Requirements:
- Solid experience in data modeling for analytical environments (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, or Lakehouse), including dimensional modeling and the definition of facts, dimensions, metrics, indicators, and granularity
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into data solutions, contributing to the definition and standardization of corporate metrics and indicators
- Experience with data architecture projects, integration across diverse information sources, and data governance, quality, and traceability
- Ability to work in a consultative capacity with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Knowledge of advanced SQL, Data Warehouse and/or Lakehouse environments, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Power BI, Semantic Modeling, and Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold)
- Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Fabric
- Preferred: Knowledge of Data Vault
- Preferred: Experience defining a Single Source of Truth (SSOT)
- Preferred: Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM)
- Preferred: Experience with data cataloging and governance tools
- Preferred: Experience modernizing Data Warehouses to Lakehouse architectures
- Preferred: Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate certification or equivalent
