Job Description
Senior DevOps Engineer automating cloud and on-premise infrastructure for Keyfactor’s cryptographic identity security platform. Improving Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure automation and deployment processes
- Architect and manage scalable containerization and orchestration solutions
- Drive continuous integration and continuous delivery improvements
- Monitor and enhance system performance, availability, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation and deployment strategies
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code for consistent, reproducible environments
- Build and maintain tools, processes, and environments enabling efficient software delivery
- Support software releases and integration and delivery of software products
- Maintain both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field, or equivalent experience
- 4 or more years of relevant work experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or IT infrastructure
- Extensive knowledge of DevOps and Platform Engineering industry trends
- Deep understanding of scripting, version control, and infrastructure best practices
- Comprehensive knowledge of system performance, security, and reliability
- High-level proficiency in relevant tools and technologies
- Advanced skills in infrastructure automation and deployment
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration, particularly Kubernetes
- Experience optimizing and scaling CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to lead complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and influence decision-making
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to mentor junior team members and lead initiatives
- Knowledge of Azure, AKS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, GitLab, ArgoCD, Artifactory, and Ansible
