Job Description

Sr. Director of Product Management for B2B Scores at FICO. Leading strategy and execution in analytics and client success for U.S. lending ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive market research and voice of customer initiatives
  • Develop and execute 1–3 year product strategy and roadmap
  • Operationalize product strategy by developing and articulating a clear product vision
  • Collaborate with product managers to ensure achievement of KPIs
  • Collaborate with analytics, software, and cross-functional teams to define product roadmap
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key data and technology partners
  • Monitor the market landscape and conduct competitive analysis
  • Author business and technical requirements documents
  • Partner with regulatory and compliance experts
  • Represent B2B Scores in external engagements
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives through content development
  • Engage directly with clients to discover and address product adoption challenges

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field, or requisite experience
  • Expertise in financial services, credit risk management, and the U.S. lending and investment ecosystem
  • Demonstrable product management experience
  • Strong experience building and leading high-performing product management teams
  • Expert-level understanding of product management principles including Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical orientation to synthesize complex data
  • Exceptional client-facing abilities
  • Leadership-level communication skills
  • Experience with product management tools and methodologies, including proficiency in platforms such as Jira, Asana
