Job Description
Product Manager leading commerce solutions and integration for partners at GoTo. Collaborating across teams to enhance product offerings and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of commerce solutions tailored for partners, ensuring successful integration and adoption across the GoTo ecosystem.
- Collaborate on a variety of commerce-related initiatives, contributing your expertise to projects that extend beyond the partner domain, including product upgrades, subscription management, and new billing models.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner commerce topics, championing adoption, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement for partner success.
- Partner with engineering and product stakeholders to document requirements and support the delivery of robust APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and business teams to gain a deep understanding of both partner and broader customer commerce needs, using these insights to refine and enhance our product offerings.
- Manage and prioritize a roadmap of initiatives, balancing short- and long-term opportunities for both partner and platform commerce.
- Support internal enablement by promoting alignment, providing updates, and ensuring all teams are engaged and informed about key commerce developments.
- Identify challenges and opportunities in partner and broader commerce experiences, championing innovative solutions that support company-wide goals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, software, or high-tech environments.
- Experience with partner ecosystems, APIs, or commerce platforms is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to bridge business needs and technical teams, translating feedback into actionable requirements.
- Strong track record managing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working in a global, distributed team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile product environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Enthusiastic, collaborative mindset with a passion for driving shared success.
